Boarding without obstacles
It goes without saying that we not only assist customers with restricted mobility at the airport, but also during the flight. Our complimentary services include the transportation of special medical baggage as well as a wheelchair service at the airport.
Please contact us as early as possible. We will then make the necessary arrangements for you. For reasons of security and support we are unfortunately only able to transport a limited number of passengers with restricted mobility.

Check-in and boarding
On the day of your flight, please come to our check-in counters 30 minutes before the regular check-in time. If you are using an electric wheelchair, please check in one hour earlier.
The check-in counter will have been informed by us about a booked wheelchair service. You will therefore be accompanied to your seat in the aircraft cabin by a trained member of staff – if necessary with a replacement wheelchair.
You can of course take your own wheelchair or mobility aid. It goes without saying that we transport this for you free of charge. Please read here all the relevant information on the transportation of special medical baggage.
Your assistance dog or guide dog can of course accompany you in the aircraft cabin free of charge. A special transport container for your dog is not required. Please however inform us of your animal in good time – at least 48 hours before departure – and bring all documents required for entry and departure (valid pet passport, vaccination certificate and health certificate).
