Should we not succeed in doing so, you have the possibility to contact the German conciliation body for Public Transport (SÖP, Schlichtungsstelle für den öffentlichen Personenverkehr e.V.) which is officially approved by German government for conciliation in transport matters. The Germania Fluggesellschaft mbH takes part in the out-of-court dispute settlement procedures. Please address your dispute to the SÖP by using the following link: https://soep-online.de/request-form-flight.html.
Please note: The services of SÖP are at your disposal after you have received a letter of refusal or at least 2 months have passed after the receipt of your complaint. Otherwise your application is out of order so that SÖP will not deal with your complaint.
