Come relaxed on board
We’re happy to see you! Our friendly staff are expecting you at our check-in counters at the airport, where you can drop your baggage and receive your boarding pass.
To receive your boarding card, please present the following documents at the check-in counter:
- Booking confirmation
- Valid official photographic identification
- Any documentation required for international flights
- Any required documents, for example medical certificates or documents for animals you are flying with
As a general rule we open our counters for you two hours before planned departure. The passenger is to appear at the check-in desk sufficiently early in order to be checked-in and possess a boarding card at the latest 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Should the passenger fail to show up on time, the passenger is not entitled to travel and remains obliged to pay the full flight fare. Therefore, please allow sufficient time for your journey to the airport and to check in – and so board the plane in a relaxed frame of mind.
The exact location of your check-in counter can be found on the airport information boards on the day of your departure.
